HOW TO USE

For external use only.
Keep out of reach of children.
If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a health professional prior to use.

TOPICAL USE - dosages & method:

Do Not Use Undiluted. For massage - 5 drops per 10ml carrier oil.
For bathing - 5 drops per 5ml carrier oil.
For perfuming - 1 drops per 10ml carrier oil.

DIFFUSING & BURNING - dosages & method:

For bathing -1–3 drops in a burner or diffuser.
For children (2 years+) - 11–3 drops in a diffuser.

HOUSEHOLD CLEANING - dosages & method:

For Hard Surfaces - 2-3 drops to a damp cloth.
For Laundry - 2-3 drops per cup of liquid.

STEAM INHALATION - dosage per bowl of hot water

Adults - 2-3 drops to a bowl
Children - 2-3 drops to a bowl in a separate room.
Do not allow youngsters to inhale directly.

FRANKINCENSE ESSENTIAL OIL
is a resin obtained from the Boswellia genus of trees used for centuries in Asian and African folk medicine.
Traditionally the oil has been used to heal wounds, strengthen and tone skin and reduce the appearance of marks and scars.
Clinical studies have demonstrated the powerful immune-strengthening capabilities of Frankincense essential oil which is simultaneously deeply calming and aids in the regeneration of skin tissue.

EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL
It is the Eucalyptus oil stemming alone from the Eucalyptus Globulus and Eucalyptus Salicifolia trees, that yield medicinal properties out of over 500 Eucalypti species.
Renowned for its ability to relieve pain and reduce inflammation, numerous studies back up its healing use for centuries in traditional medicine on a wide array of ailments from respiratory concerns to wound care.
