Shipping & Returns
We will replace your product or refund your purchase price within 30 days of purchase if Puriskin products are lost, damaged or the product and shipping container are unopened and unused. If the products have been opened or used we can not issue a refund under any circumstances.
Prices shown in converted currency are for customer convenience only. Rates charged by your bank may be different than the current daily rate displayed.
A 10% restocking fee and shipping fees will be charged for any returned or refused items. You must ask for a return authorization number before returning any product. We do not accept returns on opened items. You may return a damaged item for replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. You have 30 days in which to receive a return authorization for unopened items and return an item for a 10% restocking fee less shipping charged our company paid to get the product to you. After this period items are non-refundable.
All items will be refused if they do not have an authorization number. We will refund or replace any item lost in shipment within 21 days of the purchase date. We will not issue refunds based on product results. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include your e-mail sales receipt with all correspondence. You may want to insure your return, we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement less restocking and shipping fees, once the product has been returned as outlined in our policy.

How long will it take for me to get my domestic U.K. order?
All online orders are generally processed and shipped the same business day excluding holidays if the order is place by 2PM GMT UK. Shipping is automatically calculated and shipping options are offered upon checkout. We ship from London and Ashford, Kent and estimate between 2 to 5 days for product delivery (after processing and shipment) depending on the shipping method (1st Class, 2nd Class, Guaranteed Delivery or Courier).
Please anticipate 5-10 business days for product delivery for International orders (after processing and shipment). Some countries customs offices may be slower than others to process incoming shipments. These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or UPS and customs delays out of our control.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping options are offered upon checkout depending on your country. If you would like your package to be received much faster, please select UPS Worldwide expedited or Express when you check out from our store. International shipping can take from 5 to 10+ business days from or London office. These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or Postal Service/Foreign Customs delays. Some countries' processing of incoming packages are slower than others.
The customer is responsible for any duty due on the package(s) or local destination charges imposed by customs officials.
